Jinja College is gifted with committed, competent, experienced, passionate, innovative and self-motivated teaching and non-teaching staff. Their vast experience makes them better positioned to cater for the individual differences of the learners bearing in mind that children of the same age can’t put on the same size of cloth.
Teachers ensure that all learners are guided and mentored to exploit their full potential. They cultivate high problem solving skills, logical and creative thinking among the learners aimed at producing students with relevant knowledge and marketable skills which help them to shine in the current competitive job market.
The parental handling of the boys by the members of staff makes Jinja College a home away from home for the learners.
Jinja College has a total of 126 members of staff comprising of 70 members of the teaching staff, 22 administrative staff and 34 support staff.
